We live in Silver Palms RV resort and had a major water pipe leak( used 2,000 gallons in 2 days) when I called they said they'd be here that afternoon to give us an estimate which Marshall did. We are very impressed with all plumbing issues that have been addressed at our residence. Tech was very knowledgeable about jobs he completed. He aimed to please and answered multiple questions about other projects.
Great company, excellent service from the ladies in the office to guys in the field. Always come through when we need them, whether it's Ac's, ice machines or plumbing, they're always here. Very reasonable and easy to work with.Highly recommend to any home or business to use their services.

Great customer service, very friendly - from the girls in the office to the service man that installed our new water fountain. Showed up on time, explained all the options to make the new fountain work in the (limited) old space, got it installed in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess!! I can't remember the last time I had a repair person clean up before they left.Thanks for the timely response and great work!

I must say after years of trying to find reputable honest company in Lakeport, (had one but business sold) we have found it with Echols! Justin was our AC service tech, clean, on time, explained the issues, showed us exactly what was going on. Price wasn’t inflated due to the rural area either! Haven’t used the plumbing side, however, our neighbors did and that’s how we found Echols. Thanks again!
