the pricing is outrageous. You're better well off going to the mall to hit the sale racks or racks, in general. Be careful about finding holes, spots before purchasing. Don't dare bring it to their attention, they don't care, I know from experience. ladies!!! you're paying for a label, not style. Thumbs down on service, cleanliness and general atmosphere- STUFFY, to put it politely.
Rude Rude Rude. Be prepared to not be greeted (I did notice certain people were greeted and helped). This place is not an upscale consignment shop. The smell hits you the moment you walk in. I saw hair on clothes hanging on the racks. Had I saw something I was interested in I would not have made a purchase with that group of rude sales ladies. First and last time there.
I was gratified to see the previous review, because it was similar to my uncomfortable experience. As to selection and price, I found a couple of things I might have wanted to buy. But I found the woman behind the counter to be rude, seeming to me to be irritated when answering my questions, and repeatedly and loudly warning about the upcoming closing time. My daughter's & I went in & the 1st thing we noticed was the smell of the place, then we tried to ask a question & the workers were extreamly rude! After looking around & gathering what few items we could find, one of the (rude) workers come say, were closing in 20 mins, so we go straight to the dressing room. Then litterally every 5 mins we had someone come tell us how long we had. From a shopper (not a consigner) standpoint - this shop is great! I was able to find some nice pieces in their winter sale - walked away with 2 pairs of new designer slacks and a new BR sweater for 20$ can't beat a good deal! The ladies were very helpful! I probably would have walked away with more if I had time to really browse. This will be a go to for me in the future
I'm not impressed with this consignment shop. Seems over priced and stuffed. Hard to find sizes. It's hard for me to pay 15.00+ for a 2 yr shirt that's pilled. Shoes that are so worn and with a price of $20+. If you have time to search you might find a deal. Coach purses that are the same prices as in the Coach store. And now a days you can't tell if they are real or not. I'll stay with 2nd chance in Sand Springs. Name brands at a good price.
The girls here are so helpful and nice my shopping. Day was awesome . I bought several really nice items I am making this my new favorite store check them out you won't be sorry.
I have been shopping at Echo for over 15 years and consigning for 10 years! I love it! The people that work there are friendly and I have never had an issue with leaving my clothing! The store is extremely organized and I can always find what I am looking for. Only consignment store I shop! I love it!
