I went there for lunch . Ordered the Flat -Iron Steak Sandwich My waiter Adam was great ,very friendly and helpful in deciding what I wanted for lunch .The house salad was so good. I ate on the upstairs veranda The food came in a timely matter Sandwich was hot , the salad cold. I have been there for dinner and their special house steak is delicious will be back again and again
It so darn good they make vegans give up the grass & kale and turn into carnivores �
Great experience! Derek, the manager, was great but the best part of the evening (other than the absolutely delicious food!) was our waitress Amanda. She was extremely personable and informative and rounded out the whole dining experience. So glad we went away from The Strip to find this place to celebrate our anniversary!

Amazing service, attention to detail, decadent cuisine, none compares. The atmosphere is classy, but not stuffy, you can dress up or go casual. The menu is exceptional, fresh and vibrant. This is the only restaurant my family has ever sat around and talked about how we can not wait to go again. Spectacular!!!
My fiancé and I dined at Echo & Rig last night (6/2/2017). To sum it up, it was the worst restaurant experience either of us have ever experienced. For example: - My fiancé had made a reservation over a week prior to our 7pm reservation. We waited 35 minutes to be sat at our table. - After being sat at our table, the manager (Kevin) approached us, apologized for the wait, and handed my fiancé his card. Haven't had a Real Steak in years. Been in Costa Rica for a long time and tonight... All I can say is the Ribeye was the BEST EVER . WOW ! Thank You Chef Chris Goossen and the Fantastic Staff @[359450540809269:Echo & Rig] The Best In Vegas on or off the Strip !
IT WAS GREAT!!! THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE FOR SUCH A NICE EXPERIENCE!!!!
