This place was absolutely amazing and the service was awesome!!! We came here for my husbands birthday and ordered the Ribeye cap and my husband ordered Butchers Cut Spencer Skirt Steak it came with garlic potato chips and stuffed mushroom and it was cooked to perfection. All of the appetizers were on point as well. We ordered the portobello fries, Mac and cheese, Bone Marrow Carne Asada, crab cakes and the Cauliflower with crispy shallots and onions and it was delicious everything was bursting with flavors. Wow. Just wow. I hope the chef opens one in the Seattle area. This is the BEST steakhouse I have ever visited - the quality of the meats and the prices make this place unbelievable. I have been to more expensive places that had lesser cuts of meat, and I've been to places at the same price point that were not cooked well. Echo & Rig has it going on!
