SATISFIED APT OWNER I give echo park app 5 stars I have purchased 2 stoves one in december and one today 4/23 for older used apliances there merchandise is very good quality and very clean it is hard to find reliable repair shops I I found Hope the owner to be very honest person her prices are very reasonable I ve had bad experiences with used appl dealers in the past thats why I always purchase new frridges for my apt buildings so I cant comment on the fridges Hope has my future business
Terrible Service! Maybe their "retail" side is better because as repairmen they are untrustworthy.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I bought a used fridge and in LESS THAN 10 DAYS IT WAS BROKEN!!! The motor started going out yesterday and now nothing is cold. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! The shoddy work continues!!

Never Buy A Fridge Here My fridge leaked water all over the floor, they came out to fix it, the leak returned, then the leak went away & the fridge broke completely, pumping out hot air and melting all the food into ruin. I'd rather have flushed $200 down the toilet than have dealt with the frustration of this scam. So much for supporting small family owned neighborhood business instead of going to the corporations. Avoid. I have bought 2 fridges from this place, and I can assure you that this place is a rip off. First fridge i bought over freezed everything. when i called them to fix under warranty/guarantee they came out to look it. They told me I broke it, by using the temperature dial (you know the one that is standard in all fridges, that controls the temperature) and that i should have left it on '5'. But they fixed it anyway. While it worked for a bit, it went back to the ice age again, just my luck after my 3 month guarantee wor... read more
Great Mom & Pop Shop I don't know if "World Class" is appropriate for a little used appliance shop in Echo Park, but then considering that I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a used appliance, I have to give them a 5 out of 5.
