Eddie, Raul, Juan & Jerry are the BEST maintenance this property has ever had!!
I had such a great experience touring these apartments, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager Desiree and assistant manager Priscilla. From the moment we walked in, they were both welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer every question we had without making us feel rushed, and you could tell they really cared about helping us find the right fit rather than just filling a unit.
Poor quality/overpriced apartments. Management has changed twice in the time I've been here, which has just been an attempt to get around the bad reviews. Maintenance doesn't respond and won't work order placed (AC breaks every month). Management is rude and ignorant. Car theft and property theft common - probably because they never fix the front gates/mail room has no door knob removed. Echo Baytown is a beautiful community in a very convenient location here in Baytown. The property is well-maintained, and everything you need is just a short drive away, which makes day-to-day living so much easier. One of the best features of the community is definitely the pond. It’s so relaxing to step outside and see neighbors out there fishing and just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It really gives the property a welcoming feel.
