Do not rent here!! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! The women that work the front are witches and they are only courteous in the beginning but once you move in they will stand outside your door taking pictures of your trash output so they can fine you, They have a very narrow trash schedule window, 6-8pm and you have to have your bin collected by then or they fine you, when they usually don’t come by to pick up until 9:30-10pm and sometimes don’t even come to pick up your trash and you’re paying the $25 valet trash ... read more
I lived at Echo Baytown for more than two years. My first year was actually a good experience, which makes it disappointing to see how much the property and management experience declined afterward. Pros: The location is convenient. Kroger and H-E-B are very close, I-10 is nearby, and the surrounding area continues to develop.
