I came to view one of the units honestly on a whim because I was in the area . Even without scheduling a tour Korien was very nice and able to assist me he was knowledgeable , patient and made me feel very welcomed . I just had to come on here and give him a shoutout . I have loved living here! The place is nice for me to walk around with my daughter! The maintenance is super quick to fix stuff especially Juan! He’s always greeted me with a smile and tackles any maintenance issue I have with care and efficiency! The only complaints I have is the noise levels around me some people are not considerate neighbors and the pool is hot even on hot days so it’s hard to cool down in it and sometimes has unsafe debris in it as well! We just got moved in and maintenance has been wonderful already! We had a few issues with our fridge and dryer and maintenance got here early monday morning and fully replaced both for us with no hassle. We are very happy with our experience here already!
