Since the winter storm/power outage (Feb 2021) the fire alarms have been going off all the time. Instead of proactively solving the issue, the management just sends emails explaining another reason why the alarms are going off (error, dust, construction, etc.). Most recent occurrence on April 4 & 5th, 2021, the fire alarms went off at 10:30pm, 3am, 3:30am, 3:45am, 5am.
RecommendedDear Reader, I've been living in Echo for over 3 years and it's definitely the best living experience I've had in Austin. I could list numerous examples, but the most thoughtful one I think is worth sharing was how the staff gave my dog Frida a "get your wag back soon" gift bag when she was bitten by a dog when we were walking around the neighborhood. We love living at Echo! We have been here for about 6 months, and have not had any issues. Maintenance issues are always promptly taken care of, and office staff has always been prompt to respond to questions. Our management is currently undergoing some changes, but we are so thankful that they are keeping Cassandra on board! She is wonderful to work with, and has helped us resolve a recent package issue very promptly. She is the best. We are so lucky to have her!

Great place to live! They really take good care of their residents and the gorgeous pool area is a nice perk.

Echo's been a great place to live! Resident events are always on point, there is a gym, a business lounge, a sky lounge overlooking the city, and staff (office and maintenance) are always lovely to talk to. The covered garage parking is also a big plus especially with the Texas sun beating down most of the year.

I have lived at Echo for over a year now and love it! I have not had any big problems. Anytime I need anything the staff is always really quick to help. I have had a few maintenance requests and they always came quickly. I am a UT student and haven't had any problems getting to and from campus by taking the bus that picks up here in the triangle. All of the residents are friendly.
