RecommendedWe looked at a lot of nice complexes - but none compare to Echelon! When you walk in it feels like your living room goes on forever - it's huge! Gorgeous high end appliances, plenty of storage areas, laundry room, pantry (or computer room), wine cooler built in, gorgeous bathrooms. RecommendedThis is home for my husband and I and has been for over six months. We have not found one SINGLE issue to complain about, Nuri our property manager along with Nancy and the rest of the Stout Team that are on site almost 24/7, we have armed and unarmed guards on duty and as a resident that has security cameras I will tell you the guards make rounds constantly and they are amazing. So I live here at Echelon going 4yrs and leaving like other long term tenants have. unlike the people whom left reviews,they’re friend of a friend in the office..Property stays dirty,weed smell thru out the building,all sorts of bumping thru out the day an night with no results,no security anymore,the gates stays open to get on the property and the parking garage,anyone can and do park inside and in your spot that’s assigned to your unit and at the end of the day it’s very unsafe..If it’s windy outside the gets are left open... read more
