Best place hands down. I've been to a shop 10 min. From my home and Lord they gave me every excuse as to why they didn't want to work on my bike. Even when I said I'll pay they still kept trying to give me the run around, I took it to eccentric and they fixed it no questions asked. Even when sadly I caught another flat literally 20 min. later due to an aHole throwing glass on the bike road they still managed to work with me. Highly recommend these folks for all your ebike needs!!
We were so excited to find Eccentric Cycle, because they claim to work on E-scooters--not many places do. Because we live more than an hour away, we called them first to ask them if they would assemble a brand new Teewing X5, still in the box, and they assured us that they would do it right away, for an extra charge of $50 to "skip the line." Excellent service, they solved my problem quickly and without bureaucracy. They gave me a price estimate and charged me less, because the problem was easier to solve than expected. This is what I call transparency and honesty. I highly recommend it. Fast, efficient and fair price.
