I bought my son a $1300 bike there for his birthday and the first time we attempt to charge it we realize they gave us the incorrect charger. I live in Tampa, so it is not easy for me to get back over there. They refused to send me the correct charger even after I told them I would send this charger back at my expense via FedEx or other carrier. Ended up having to purchase another one online for $85.

Thank you Eccentric Cycle for getting my son Talaria repaired quickly. My son got a flat on his Talaria E-bike and I brought to Eccentric and they had the correct tube on site repaired the same day. I definitely would recommend them for any repairs on your E- Bikes. I have brought my sons Talaria twice for repairs and both times they done an amazing job. Moved to Orlando a few years ago and have been bringing e bikes/scooters for repair to Eccentric Cycle. This place is the best! Everyone is friendly, professional and above all trustworthy. They can always be relied upon to make speedy repairs for great prices. Thanks for keeping my son's bikes running!!
Shitty company . $100 to fix a tire .. soon as I got it back it went flat again. They said theres no warranty on the tire .. my bike has less than 90miles on it.. since I got it back I rode it twice no bumps no curves nothing but got a flat... They are scam.and over priced ... Say what u want Eccentric bike.. but u won't be in business much longer doing business like this
