Poor customer service. Showed up with cash and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Had to ask multiple times. I knew exactly what I wanted and it was an hour before close. Was just told flat out I couldn’t buy a car that day. Anyway, went to Mercedes of McKinney, skeptical bc I thought they’d be way higher, NOPE! eCarOne is hands down the best dealership in all of DFW. My family and I have bought a BMW, Mercedes Benz and Range Rover from here and will never go anywhere else. Ozzie, the finance director is very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The sales staff, specifically Vince Ismali and Masoud are very personable, trustworthy and helpful as well.
