Just like to thank the team at Bayswater for excellent service, helping me out with a head unit install (200 series) after I got into some trouble. Fitted me in around my tight time constraints.
I was very disappointed with EC off road and would not recommend them. I have not before gone down the path of leaving negative feedback but out of all the places that have worked on my cars over the years my experience with EC Off road has been the worst, very disappointing and upsetting. Took 30 days to do a GVM/GCM upgrade to my new Y62 patrol and was returned with; Bottom RHR shock loose and rattling in LCA. Car sitting 22mm lower down on driver side. Appalling after sales care, took our patrol back in with a squeaky suspension after gcm/gvm upgrade to be told it was our fault, that the car was to clean underneath, that the car had been through water. They want at least another $600 to fix it. The suspension had been squeaking from new, never been off road sure as hell never been through water, but it is never your fault always the owners fault. If you want help when it counts as in after sales care do not deal with these people
The team at EC have done an amazing job on the significant amount of mods on My new Nissan Patrol. GVM GCM upgrade, tow mirrors, MSA drawers, Cangoee battery, EC bar and snorkel, onboard air, Rhino roof rack just to name a few. Attention to detail can’t be faulted, to say I’m happy is an understatement. Simon was both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, not to mention patient! Give them a call
Order 15930, Terrible service at EC Offroad Bayswater. Purchased a Starlink mini 3D printed mount and there was a major structural crack on one corner due to poor design, see pictures. I was offered a replacement and I said no as it was a design issue and a major failure. Under Australian Consumer Law ACL, I have a right to a full refund if the issue is major.
