Exceptional service in this day and age! John from the EC Offroad warehouse couldn’t have been more helpful. He not only made sure that the items I needed were in stock but, due to me being on a time crunch, also made sure that they were posted out in less that 12 hours. EC Offroad owes you a minimum of a pat on the back but should buy you lunch.
I bought a DCS 200 amp battery case from EC Off Road. The product itself looks okay, although I haven’t had the chance to install it yet, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. Very disappointing experience from this well known business. Purchased an upgraded entertainment unit for my Y62 Pattol. Was fitted privately and was found to have a bad earth in the unit. EC was informed of this and denied supplying a replacement unit, and insisted that my vehicle was taken to them with the unit so they could check it. Unfortunately I'm not hanging around for 3 hours while they look into it. Picked up car and was told the unit was fine, and slugged $400 for them to check it! Paid the money. Great experience the boys got us in on great timing. Did a great job on installing some rear leaf springs. Also had to leave my truck there an extra night. Which they were fully fine with. Highly recommend. Simon top service. Thanks team. Jonny
