I contacted Ebsary Foundation this morning to report one of their drivers. I was able to catch the tag number #36AMV_. This morning, around 5:40 am, there was a major crash on I-95 southbound. I was attempting to change lanes with my blinker on when this driver in a white pickup truck aggressively cut me off, forcing me out of the way and even hitting my mirror.
