Outstanding service from Nic and Odin. Nic and the team know the bikes well and are super responsive to calls and enquiries. There is a reason I travelled 5 hours to get a bike from them and not someone closer. Highly recommended.
Excellent company to deal with. High level of communication and an easy to navigate website. Shipping was also offered in two formats and express was super fast with reliable tracking right through to delivery. Would definitely recommend EBMX for Ebike spares and Ebikes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Surronster should sue yall
Shocking customer service again, will not be rebuying my battery locked up and I went over the handle bars just like Sur Ronater and ur stupid batteries did to him. Also you didn’t open at 2am when i was there
