Nic-what a flop this person is. Rude, insolent, and arrogant. Woeful at communicating with women - a horrible experience for this company to have in sales. Does not explain what the product is or where they get it from, other than, not new and no warranty. Would not trust this company with large expensive items. Nic needs some updated sales training or better still, not work here. A big thumbs down for EBMX Australia.
The rudest shop owner ever . I drove for over 1 hour to visit the shop and the store owner wouldn't even let us in to look at the bikes and gave us the worst attitude rude and short . Avoid at all costs
Great range of stuff for your bikes however staff are abit arrogant over the phone with not much spirit.
Customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve been thousands with EBMX and will continue to do so. Jared went above and beyond to help me. Super grateful for everything about the company. Props to their innovative minds! Recommend if your looking for quality parts
