As with any major remodel, especially a reconfiguration project, there are always obstacles that slow the process. However, considering these issues, they were resolved and the work continued smoothly. The finished job was exactly to my expectations. Upscale job completed on time. 4 weeks for a kitchen remodel of that magnitude is unheard of! I highly recommend Eberia Construction for any remodeling projects. Eberia was one of three contractors that had been suggested by California Kitchens. Completely gutted and remodeled bathroom. Demolition was fast and efficient. Found some rot near the tub, but I was expecting that. New window installed perfectly. Cabinet maker was top notch, fast, and friendly. Tile setter was an artist! The supervisor of my job, Erakli (sorry about spelling) was professional and easy to reach by phone and present every day. Site clean-up was excellent. Overall, very happy with the job and I will be using Eberia again soon for my other bathroom.
Any of the three contractors we found and spoke with before starting our kitchen project would probably have been good, but Nick (Eberia Construction) turned out to be the perfect match for us. We ended up doing three projects that have pretty well resulted in an almost unbelievable before and after, achieving the vision and goals I had in my head but couldn't exactly articulate. Thanks to Nick and associates, Inside of the house is done, exterior repainted, roof fixed.
Overall, it went perfect. We bought our home in Feb. and obtained bids right away so we could complete the remodel move in ASAP. Out of the 3 bids we received Nick's proposal was the best b/c it was detailed and the costs were reflected line by line in addition to potential required changes to the costs being mentioned. Eberia completely remodel my bathroom. .Overall, the bathroom job went well from start to finish. Nick was there in the initial meetings with subcontractors at the start of each major task. The subcontractors have worked with Nick many years, so they had good working relationships. Nick and his office manager were always available via phone, text, and email and always responded promptly to questions. What was stated in the contract was what I paid. Nick is the owner of Eberia Construction Co. and he is a great guy to work with. He doesn't cut any corners and he tells things as he see. Before I decided to work with Nick, I have received 3 other bids from other contractor. Nick had not the lowest price of them all, but I love how his estimate is very through and he lists out a detailed breakdown of the project.
