I would not use Irene Hammond for any real estate transactions. She was very rude and pushy and demanding on a rental property. It took an excessive amount of time to find out if we were a candidate. She told us we were the first choice of the landlord. We simply asked if we could have about four hours to make the decision to pay for the background check.
