I am over 50 years old and for the first time I can say that I am not afraid to cóme to the dentist. Great place and they get the job done.
What they say about the horrible reception is true. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with disscontempt. When there was a misunderstanding about how to send my insurance information ahead of time, the receptionist was rude and confrontational. Poor customer service, especially in health care, is so unprofessional. I walked out and decided to find a new office.
Dr. Ebbs and the whole staff are patience and caring. I'm a long time patient and will not go anywhere else. I know my phobia with the dentist will be treated with understanding and concern.
The staff is very unprofessional and Dr. Ebbs isn't the best influence himself. He prefers to do procedure that he gets the most in return as to doing what the patient can endure/prefers- whether it be for the sake of time, funds, or pain tolerance.
Great experience, appreciate the attention to detail.
