Kyle is doing a very poor job of running this business, these people do not answer the phone systems they do not call back when you do everything you can to get a hold of them, They just ignore, My counselor was pleasant although she wasn't bright or intelligent enough to comprehend or understand or have any real knowledge of what I was speaking about/my issues, This business needs new management.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve had such a positive experience with Ebb and Flow Psychotherapy!! The therapists are warm, approachable, and really take the time to listen and understand what you’re going through. Sessions feel supportive and collaborative, and I always leave with a sense of clarity and calm. If you’re looking for quality therapy in San Diego, especially for anxiety, stress, or life transitions, I can’t recommend them enough. It’s a safe, welcoming space that truly makes a difference.

Molly is the sweetest I was very hesitant about going back to therapy but she is the sweetest and makes me feel so comfortable.
