Wilfredo was prompt, friendly, and efficient. he was able to fix the drain in one of the bathroom showers as well as fixing a door hinge. Work was done with attention to detail, and he cleaned up afterward.
Wilfredo is exceptional! I do find it challenging for maintenance come in a timely manner however when Wilfredo is assigned to my units needs he is timely, efficient, and resolves every issue with the upmost care. Wilfredo's attention to detail is also greatly appreciated!
Noisy Neighbors, Roaches and Poor Customer Service. I have lived here for three years now. Here are recent issues: 1. A car with a turbo powered engine & speakers was assigned a stall directly in front of my bedroom window. Every morning, my apartment feels like it’s shaking when the car starts and I’m startled out of my sleep. The office has said the owner does not want to move and told me essentially to deal with it.
