The manager Phil is a bad person he shouted me when I requested to openned the Mailbox because has an important letters and no has any resident in our apartment. Additionally this person no has a good management team only the personnel of maintenance resolve the problems. The second pool has fungus and chairs broken. And he never looked when Alysa was the manager never happen bad condition in this community. She was an excellent manager.
