I wanted to give a huge shout out to Wilfredo (aka David) who has been my contact for maintenance. He came to the apt exactly when he said he would (on time for scheduled day), went above and beyond to help me with varias issues and was very gracious and professional. If I have any issues that come up I will request him solely.
4/2/2025: Wilfredo came to resolve a maintenance issue with my bathroom sink and while he was here, he noticed a couple other related issues that he fixed. He always provides great service in a friendly manner and also keeps me updated on what needs to be done and the timing for the work. I appreciate him immensely.
If you are considering Eaves Walnut Creek as a place to rent an apartment, be prepared for the following: - Lack of security cameras: In the past three months, we've had a scooter and two bicycles stolen. Eaves Walnut Creek shows no concern for the safety of its residents. There are no gates, no bicycle parking, and no guest parking spaces, creating many inconveniences for you. - Maintenance issues: We've had toilet problems twice in three months. Couldn’t contact a leasing agent, wouldn’t recommend renting here, seems like there’s always trash piled up and broken windows on bottom apts, doesn’t feel secure at all, fees at up
