I came to see this building for rent, and it was absolutely terrible! There were cockroaches everywhere—literally crawling in the hallways and inside the units. Trash was all over the place, inside and outside the building. The smell of marijuana was strong throughout the property. The place is extremely dirty and unlivable. I opened the apartment door, saw the filthy bed and roaches, and immediately left. I had a very nice experience touring this community. It was my first experience of a "self-guided tour", where they text you a code to let yourself in to see the unit. But it was completely natural to look around a bit and then call the leasing line with my questions. I was impressed that the unit had central air and it was already on when I walked in. I’ve lived in the Eaves for years now and the level of service only continues to get better. On multiple occasions Kara has answered any questions I’ve had and always gone above and beyond to make sure my stay here is the best possible. Office managers as herself are the reason I stick around. Thank you for all you Kara we appreciate you!!
Great place at a reasonable price for the Bay Area. Location is excellent. Is in walking distance to a BART station and is a short drive to downtown Walnut Creek. Grounds are clean and maintenance requests are answered timely. Safe area. Administration/front office staff are super helpful!!! Have had great interaction with all of them!! Nice apartments for the price. Kara in the leasing office is very helpful and knows her job. I will probably end up renting here soon.
