It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Even when setting up an appointment with the staff on site, no one will be at the office. I had left work in hopes of finishing my lease paperwork, I was told via email to show up at 11:00 and the office was locked, no body would answer any phone calls, i never got a single call back, and email responses were short, late to respond, and almost useless.

Rudy gets an A+. He went above and beyond for me. Heater was out and sink clogged. I was his last appointment. He worked late to fix the sink and did what he could for the heater. Since the heater would need additional service in the morning, he brought me a space heater to use for the night. He worked quickly and knew what he was doing. I genuinely appreciate his caring and friendly demeanor. Thank you Rudy!

I visited these apartments as part of my housing search. While location is a bit further from the scope of which I'm looking to move, I felt I was especially welcomed by all the staff who answered any and all questions I had. It really helped me understand the process of finding the right apartment better! The property is also really nicely kept and I will definitely be recommending to my friends...
