I moved here from Seattle a little over a year ago and checked out a few spots. It's so cliche but when I toured the place I knew it was going to be my home. The place is amazing. Well maintained (by an all star team at that). EVERYONE is so friendly. The staff is amazing, friendly, attentive. I don't know how they do it, but they seem to know everyone by name. The people here really care and seem to love what they do. I've been renting for a long time and by far this is my favorite place with the best people working here.

Love living here and honestly the service especially the maintenance staff are friendly and extremely helpful when accommodating any issues that arose. The shuttle also makes it extremely convenient to travel to the train station without a car.

I lived here since 2005. The property management and maintenance crew are Great people. This is a excellent run company by the Eaves crew of Quincy. Today I had my annual tune up for my apartment. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. What a Great place to live. Thank you, Lucy W.
