It’s great, the leasing office and maintenance are amazing! Conveniently located to great places to eat, shop and Quincy center, as well as the T. The property is very well maintained, and any concerns are addressed with compassion. I love having 2 balconies, 5 closets, and storage on sight.

==5 STARS==As with any apartment complex, the management office has the ability to completely make or break the experience of living here - and they are AWESOME! We lived here previously then chose to move back based on the management team alone; they do not miss a beat, they always seem to be friendly and happy to help and accommodate, and the move-in process is very streamlined and well-coordinated. We have been staying here more than a decade, so by now we know definitely it’s a great community. The leasing staff Darlene, Alayna, etc. are wonderful, prompt in response and always takes time to respond to you for each and every question or concern you have. The maintenance staff Armando, Briz, Scott, etc., are super good, they are very very helpful, always right at your door for any concern and very fast response. Overall very good community and great service. Happy Home!
I would like to commend the staff for its fine service around the clock. The tank for the toilet was accidentally cracked and leaking water onto the floor. Once the valve was shut off and the toilet flushed there was little else that I could do but call for Service. I must have called just after three in the morning when he arrived twenty minutes later and left at a quarter to five after replacing the water tank and restoring the toilet to service.
