RecommendedI wanted to really stress to everyone how great all the people that work here are. They are truly the best. I have lived here for 3-4 years now and have been treated like a king. LOL For example, this last time I had a number of things at the apartment to be looked at. I put them off because of the pandemic but finally decided I had better get them done. The maintenance crew are THEE best! We had an emergency repair today and were afraid that we would have to wait until COVID was over (possibly months away) to receive service. But MANDO to the rescue! He was efficient, friendly, and fixed our problem! Thank you Mando!
I have been living there for a few months. The apartments are nice and it's been chill living there.
Been at Eaves nearly 2 years and my family is happy here. Jezabel in the leasing office is amazing, always friendly and reliable. The maintenance staff is always on top of any requests that I may have. Highly recommend living here.

Alicia Perez is friendly, nice and hard working. She is non-stop every time I see her she says hi with a genuine smile yet with work on hand and on her mind. Thanks for our clean shining facilities.
This apartment is awful. The walls in this place are paper thin. I can literally hear the conversation happening in the apartment below mine at 1 in the morning. Would never recommend it to anyone who has an actual job because you will never get any sleep...
