RecommendedVery convenient access to the freeway. All amenities within walking distance or a short drive. Well-maintained units. Maintenance staff responds promptly to enquiries. Booking system for the pool and restrictions due to COVID should be maintained. We spoke to other residents who said before the restrictions in the high season it was difficult for residents to use the pool due to the amount of guests on the weekends. With the booking system and only residents allowed we have had no issues using the pool.

We have now lived at the Lake Forest Eaves Apartments for 2.5 months and we really enjoy our unit. Thomas showed us around and he is absolutely wonderful. Polite, professional, thorough. The maintenance staff here are exceptional! Work is constantly being done in and around the property. My kids love to wave to the maintenance staff, they are so friendly. Kianna is very nice and helpful always on top of the services that we request or questions/concerns. Very professional and polite. Glad she’s always around. Also Jose one of the maintenance guys always helpful, respectful and polite. I’m satisfied with his work when needed. Thank you both for all your help 🏼😊

I moved here with my husband and children about 4 years ago. Initially I liked it, but the longer we lived here the more "flaws" I began to discover in our apartment. Things that had been "bandaged" rather than repaired. Broken drawers, missing closet door tracks... Attempting to get these things fixed properly was hit and miss for a long time.
