Highly recommend living at Eaves Diamond Hts. Have lived here for over 20 years and it's because how kind the office staff,Jolie and Richard are. They help me in many ways to make sure I thrive in the community. The maintenance staff are top notch and are very prompt as well efficient. Very happy living here!
I like having Jolie in the office, to help with things that come up but also to visit, socialize, compare recipes, and make it feel more like home.

The on-site property manager Jolie is awesome! I stopped by inquiring about a new place she was very friendly and informative. She worked a tour into her schedule and explained everything. While she was explaining the details to me, a tenant came in just to say “hi” to her and also said to me “isn’t she awesome!” and how much she likes her and how she takes care of all the tenants needs. The property is clean and well maintained. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a home!
