I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and paid $20 more to upgrade to a premium arrangement. What arrived was less than what was pictured as the standard basket. I was very disappointed. It took three calls and emails over many days to even get a response and when I did I was told that they would issue a $15 refund. I have waited several weeks now and have not seen the refund to my card. Very unprofessional!!!

They would not give my stuff I payed for I went there knocked on door she was inside doing flowers wouldn't come to door I called left message didn't return call and to beat it all it was a pair of sun glasses to hang on xmas tree I bought for my grand daughter I thought they were in bottom of bag where my other purchase was got home was not in bag live in Port St.Lucie will never shop there again

They went above and beyond for our wedding! I was a bit nervous not seeing many pictures of their work beforehand, but they did all the flowers even more beautiful than I could have imagined and it was exactly as I had asked for. The owner came along to set up all the flowers perfectly and stayed awhile until it was all perfect. We are so happy with how they turned out and was such a great value compared to other quotes we had gotten.

This was my first order from Eau Gallie Florist, when I called yesterday I was treated like a valued customer, all my questions were answered and it was very easy to place my order. Today the flowers were delivered and the arrangement was beautiful, just as described and pictured in their website! And the timing was also excellent as they came in on time to present to my wife before she had to go to her class. All in all an excellent, experience, they're my to-go florists from now on!
