What can I say? This company has been a nightmare to work with—honestly, the best advice I can give is to stay as far away from them as possible. I started my Section 8 journey with them, initially working with Chantelle Cooper, who was completely unprofessional and failed to follow through on anything. Owner is unprofessional, maintenance guy is unprofessional and the leasing agent is unprofessional. Maintenance guys are really the owners. They never fully fix the issue that’s wrong; a month later, the same issues occur. Do not rent with them!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Worked with Chantelle Cooper who was unprofessional from the very beginning. From the very start I gave her 3 properties to list and she agreed to use my application telling me her broker had also approved of my application. One house had incorrect pictures and all 3 had the listing descriptions screwed up multiple times.
