The property I rented which they manage is nice. But dealing with them is always a headache. Kathy at the office is extremely rude and has poor customer service skills. Which of course wasn’t the case when I first applied. But once you’re in the rental, their demeanor shifts drastically. Mr. Eaton also appears to have a personality disorder, and is always on edge and cranky. Feel sorry for folks that have to deal with them plus rental issues.

This is the worst management company. They fail the owners on so many levels. They are not only unprofessional, but they lie, and are rude.
Eaton Properties Office is located in a very nice area with parking available. Office staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
