Poor service. Deceiving salesmen. Never going back here. Recommend others to not go here.
When we bought the device we discussed that we wanted to check out a pool vacuum as the one we had wasn't working correctly. We discussed our hesitation as we were renting and wanted to try and fix it ourselves and didn't want to be out of money if there was something else wrong. The sales guy, J. Novoa, discussed that they have a 14 day return policy and we wouldn't be out anything.
