They have Variety and convenience – I love Eatoutin. They have 40 different restaurants to choose from and the customer service is amazing. If you need a wedding catered or just dinner for you and friend they can help.

Austin Delivery service with a smile – Ordered from Cannoli Joes. The order showed up 15 minutes earlier than I was told. Yummy food, was still hot and delivery driver was helpful with set-up. Defintely will order again!
Really really terrible and unreliable – Two days in a row the order was messed up. First day - two hours late - restaurant had food ready, the delivery guy just didn't pick it up on time. Soggy fries and cold soup. Yuck Next day they didn't even place the order. After receiving a confirmation of the order saying it would be delivered at noon, we called at 12:20. They hadn't even placed the order with the restaurant. Starving, unhappy people. We will NEVER use this service again.
Horrible customer service – I have been ordering from this place for about a year now (i don't know why)...sometimes i just want a nice meal without having to go out. Besides the fact that they charge you a delivery fee of like 6-7 dollars, they expect to receive a generous tip and if you don't give them what they like..they throw your money in your face...yes this happened to me, and the funny part is i was getting ready to give him an $8 tip. Best Delivery Service I have ever encountered – I luv Eat Out In Delivery service. We don't have a vehicle and use public transportation so it is hard to go and pick-up takeout. Our options of food to pick to be delivered was minimal. We were sick of ordering pizza and some of the other places that do deliver wouldn't deliver to our area. Long Delivery Time – This is a great concept but needs perfection. The delivery time was longer than we were told and by the time our food arrived it was soggy. This is a good idea when you want your favorite restaurant but don't feel like getting ready to go. Be prepared for the 15% surcharge for delivery.
