RecommendedSo excited to have EAT Food & Drink in town!! The staff was all friendly, and GiGi took great care of me at the bar for lunch on opening day. The Steak medallions and eggs were yum, and each cooked just as I requested - those over medium eggs were EXACTLY right! The dressed arugula is such a welcome potato alternative (you should offer it as an option on all your breakfast dishes!) I can't wait to come back and try that chimichurri chicken salad. Love the space, love the menu- you are just what Broomfield needed!
