We are from Florida and took a drive from downtown Boulder to check it out. The breakfast burrito at EAT was incredible!! Huge serving and very tasty!! Great place. So many breakfast and lunch selections to choose from. Will be back on our next trip to Colorado. Recommend highly!!!
Stumbled upon this place after an appointment and wasn’t sure what I wanted. I wasn’t sure at first. The menu didn’t have a huge selection. But as soon as they set the food down and I could smell the pancakes, I was hooked! They taste like birthday cake! And the 50/50 burger is awesome! I’ll definitely be back!
Eat! Is fabulous. This is my new favorite breakfast restaurant. Everything is delicious especially the pancakes!

This place had such delicious food and the service was wonderful. Happy people, relaxing vibes, and the Bloody Marys were amazing! I will definitely be returning to try more from their menu!!
This place is absolutely great! The food was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The brunch menu offers all sort of sweet and savory options plus yummy coffee drinks and brunch cocktails. Definitely a place worth checking out!!

we are having a wonderful breakfast here at EAT. first time here and very pleased with the food and the service. we are in Colorado for a soccer tournament and will most likely be eating here for breakfast tomorrow also
