I had this stuff installed and in less then 3 years it started deteriorating. Pieces of the stuff track everywhere. I kept it up as recommended and when I called the representatives I got nothing but ignored. Zero help and I'm stuck with this product that was costly and terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone.
