Had a couple small areas installed. Poor install, immediately started discoloring from the dog urine. Called about the stains, and the field supervisor came out and said they would reinstall due to poor installation. The came out again, and did an absolute TERRIBLE job on the reinstall. I have been calling for ten days and the supervisor keeps telling me his scheduler LETTY will call me back. Am still waiting.
