Customer service is HORRIBLE. They are super responsive when they are trying to win your business, but forget trying to get issues that are their fault resolved after you've departed with your $. They don't return phone calls or emails, their phone lines are always down so their answering service gets to intercept any unhappy customers, and if you do finally get to talk to someone on the phone...they promise they are going to look into your problem and will call you back, only to never be heard from again.
West Florida , Outrageous quoted price after I complained about sales guy. felt like a total blow off. Looking at other reviews. Looks like they did me a favor.
My side yard is small but has a pretty view of the lake. However, because my HOA mows it I couldn’t keep anything on it, making it mostly unusable to me. My new EasyTurf installation allows us to make use of this space and it looks great! What I keep hearing from my neighbors is that they didn’t realize synthetic grass looks so good. We are loving it and recommend it. It feels like the house living area got bigger. Only “down” side is now we need to upgrade and expand back patio to make it look as good as the side yard. Back up your product, use better product or get better installers. Installed turf 1 year ago and grass is growing through. Customer service said that is not their problem but for $250 hour they will come out and kill the grass. Neighbor went with a different company, has none of the problems and has had his lawn twice as long. Not to mention his was considerably cheaper in price but looks the same, except mine has real grass growing through 👎
EasyTurf just completed by putting green in my back yard and it’s amazing. Every step was handled great starting with Jason Bennett my rep, Omar and his install team were awesome from start to finish including the cleanup. The quality of the job was top notch and if you didn’t know it was artificial you would think it was a real green. I would highly recommend EasyTurf if you want a great experience.
