Straight garbage. Text after text, email after email, call after call. No response, no reply, NOTHING. Save your time and money, i'm going with revibe in Seattle. This company is a joke.

Used to use them when they were reasonable now they raised the prices on everything. My first go with this company was great. 50 bucks for the initial blood work and 90 a month plus a membership fee. Cheap. Now 178 for the labs and you have to pay 280 up front for 10 weeks. No thanks. There are better options out there. Why get rid of the monthly payment option? Makes 0 sense. More affordable options out there.
Order was canceled without my knowledge. I’ve tried calling them at least 10 times and can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve written emails with no response. Horrible customer service and it’s left me in a bind because I have no medicine.
Never had a problem with them until recently. Now it seems I can't get anyone on the phone as I need to discontinue their service for a bit. Called 3x keep getting put on hold and hung up on.
