Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased an "ultimate wash" to remove the snow/ice from my car. I exit the wash to find my car still covered in ice. After wiping off most of the snow I approached the gentleman who assisted me at checkout. I expressed my dissatisfaction before he responded with a chuckle. He told me "the owner says no rewashes due to ice". I told him this is the reason I got a wash, I don't see a sign stating this, why didn't you tell me before swiping my credit card. Good place to get my vehicle wash. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
After a kind response from Easy Clean and another visit to test out a suggested solution to a problem, I have readjusted my review of Easy Clean.
As a monthly pass customer, I am very happy with the great price for a great srvice.
I have been a customer for a few yrs never had a problem .....until yesterday.....they pulled my bumper loose......they said it was like that and it wasn't like that at all and now they won't pay for it ............boycott time
Went in swirl free came out looking like it was washed with a sos pad. Not happy going to have to cut and polish my car now. Thanks for making my car look like crap
$8 and car comes out same as it went in. Windows clean but that's about it. Was my 1st and last time.
