The track scratched rims of my brand new car.
It used to be good . The car used to get washed waxed and dried spot free . This was during the first two months , after that it changed. Now I take my car there it doesn’t get rinsed good, when I leave the car wash I find it still soapy . The problem is after my car dries it looks worse than how it was before . Also there is a guy who is always asking for 1 dollar for extra wax . I don’t know if that’s true or that dollar goes to his pocket.
vehicle was scratched on 3 sides after the wash. I spoke to the manager who said it was my fault because it was dirty when I brought it in. The owner did offer to go in halves on having it detailed(cleaned)...you gotta be kidding me
They would not fix this. Happened at Lansing but went to Schererville and they wouldn’t help me.
Buyer Beware...Owners of this store refuse to cover any damage, whether buy there equipment or employee. It happened to me, a senior from Schererville drove through there car wash, not only Did i recieve paint chip damage from there car wash, but as irresponsible as it may seem, sealing the roof during business hours, exiting the car wash covered my truck in paint splatters that melted the clear coat, paint down to the metal, 10 to 20 spots about a 1/16" accross my hood alone.
