I've been using this clinic since they opened at Hy-Vee. I used to feel very comfortable going there. Since they have moved to the place out by the hospital, I think I've only had 1 trip that was pleasant. The other 3 times I have been there, I was very DISAPPOINTED even to the point of ANGER the last time I was there. I wouldn't go back out there if my life depended on it or if I even just had a minor cold.
