The phone number listed here goes directly to the HVAC company that purchased Easy Air years ago. If you are doing business with someone named Mike or Jim, the phone number here will not get you to those technicians.
Lying company. Do not do business with this company.
Unless you want someone to come out hours past the time they said they would, without a call or text letting you know they’ll be later, also having them try to make it seem like your fault because you didn’t call them for an updated eta, go with this company. This tech was sent by our rental company and the first day he was 4 hours past the time he said he’d arrive. We currently don’t have heat and haven’t since Wednesday night. Rental company had to have these guys come out and fix my air since they were unable. Mike did a fantastic job in and out no problem showed up when he said he would. Would definitely recommend or look into using their services in the future!!
