Clean the bathrooms. With the Coronavirus upon us you have no excuse to maintain public restrooms in such a filthy manner!
The public men's bathroom on the first floor is a public health disaster. Dried urine on the toilets and urinals, feces on the walls, toilets and stalls and broken and missing seats. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed along with the businesses that occupy the building. Certainly the DMV shouldn't put up with this.
