Very professional and courteous service!!!! You guys can tow my car any day!!
My car was towed by this company since my son parked it on private property. He was definitely wrong to park there and I had warned him in advance that he would be towed. I accept that so I went into the business with no hard feelings. The issue was that the male working at the window was nasty, rude and very unpleasant. I work in customer service and he would never be the face of my company. You must treat people the way that you want to be treated. While it may not mean a lot now, karma will come back around.
I personally know the owners, and never had any problems with them. Great place, and provide excellent services.
Complete scumbags. They towed my car a while back because they claimed it was parked illegally. I contested and won with the city, but not after having to go to Eastway's impound lot in the middle of the night, pay the bribe to get my car back that they stole, and leave my out-of-town guests to take a taxi home. When I got there, the hoodlums that work there bowed up at me and acted threatening. If I pull in some place that uses them for towing, I take my business elsewhere.
