These people towed my car and low and behold broke my light... now I have hard evidence that they messed it up during towing. All my lights checked out in my inspection I got less than 24 hours before it was towed. Now miraculously right after they tow it, it doesn’t work... hmmm. But don’t tell the “manager” that cause they don’t touch the car at all! They won’t even at the very least give me a refund. Now I have a broken light I’m stuck with that they broke! RecommendedTheir professionalism and customer service. Everyone there is so friendly from the time I made the call when I was stranded til the time they arrived and explained the process and then when I had my car picked up. The front officer manager Kelly was wonderful to deal with and if I ever need their services again I have them on speed dial. My car was in perfect capable hands. I’m so thankful to them for their courteous and fast service. Thank you Eastway!!
They are a joke. Employees lie and say they are managers!! My (black) daughter was being taken care of and some (white) man came in and she stopped taking care of my daughter and started taking care of him. Customer service was the worst!
Kelly has a heart of gold, and they are professional right to the bone.
