I was seen on time and the staff was very friendly and professional. I felt totally comfortable in the office. The work was done efficiently and every step was explained. The facility was beautiful and the waiting area was huge with comfortable seating. The ladies at the desk were polite, welcoming, and informative. Samantha was great and made me feel comfortable. She had my teeth feeling so much better after my cleaning. Dr. Emily McIntosh also made me feel comfortable and I was able to open up to her. It’s nice to have people that don’t know show concern and want to help. Thank you all at Madison family dentistry.
