All personnel demonstrate professional courtesy and service. Appointments are on time, every time. Dentist and Technicians take time to answer questions and assure the patient has necessary information to make good decisions. I am very impressed with this office, their professionalism and care for their patients.

I love going to Dr. Emily at Madison Family Dentistry! She is so nice, always helps me feel comfortable, and is conservative and cautious with my treatment plans and procedures. The whole staff is warm and friendly, as well. :)

From entering the office, the staff was friendly, there was no wait, everything was explained well, including what was to be expected during the procedure and potential problems and outcomes. Post procedure expectations were explained and proper care to prevent future complications. Equipment and training of staff was far superior to our previous dental provider. We would recommend their services.
