I called to inquire information on low income units. Kash and Akilah was very helpful with understanding the process. I was able to to tour the building asked questions concerning the lofts etc. There was no question that went unanswered. I am still waiting for my application to be process but I have been informed on every step of the way. I look forward to moving into my new home soon.

Fantastic view of downtown with easy access to the freeway. Walkable to Dodgers stadium and restaurants on Sunset Blvd.
Love the building and our unit! Great views of downtown LA! We have been extremely impressed with the maintenance team and they have always been super prompt and quick to respond. Management office has always been extremely nice but we’ve experienced several complete transitions in the management office since we have been in the building for the past 3 years. It has made certain administrative items such as renewing our lease difficult and tenants need to be proactive.
William gave us a detailed tour and thoroughly explained each available unit. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
