Are you joking, this place is a damn joke! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!! Save yourself from this apartment that is full of scammers who never respond to calls and try to up charge you. For the cost you would think they care about you and the building, but they don’t. It’s unfortunate, but you’ve been warned! If I could give this a zero I would in a heartbeat!
This place is trash. Lived there a couple months and nothing was working as they promised. Jacuzzi and pool not working. Parking was a hassle.The management is horrible. They dont bother helping at all. The stench of urine wreaks all over the property. And you can literally feel every damn step inside the apartment from upstairs because of the poor design of this building. Way too expensive Found a place cheaper and better now me and my gf are mych happier at our new place.
Eastview Apartments is by far one of the Best apartments in Los Angeles. The location is unbeatable! The EastView location alone gives you an all new outlook on the city of Los Angeles. There’s lots of nature and parks around the area. It’s truly one of the best locations I have lived at so far. You can literally reach anything within 8-17min. When it comes to the Building itself.
