I have been coming here for the last 3 1/2 years and each time the atmosphere just feels cold to me. Dr Cooper is a good veterinarian but the office staff are straight up rude and after giving them so many tries I realized that if the front receptionists are unwelcoming, then that’s probably how the whole business is. Disappointed to say I won’t be back.
Took my Chevy girl to the vet for her very first checkup and they instantly fell in love with her! They were very friendly as soon as we walked in! They also treated her as one of there own and showed so much love and compassion! My kitten is usually nervous of new places but she just pranced around like she owned the place! Will definitely be going back for all her future needs!
My dog Dixie had a abscess tooth and they were able to get us in quick! We had not been there before but are definitely going to start coming here for all our dogs needs!

Dr. Cooper and his staff are amazing! Although the outcome was not what I wanted to hear or to have to decide on, he and his caring staff were a Godsend for myself and my Meli (doggo). Went yesterday the “lady “ at the front desk was rude and messed the paperwork up. So, went back today to get it fixed and she was rude also . This being a rabies vaccination certificate, it was very important to be correct. She was very unprofessional and rude. There’s way to many vets in Bartholomew Co. to be treating paying customers this way. Will NOT be going back and will not recommend this office to anyone.
Absolutely love this vet office ! Dr Cooper has always known exactly what to do to fix whatever has ailed my two senior dogs or my senior cat . The pricing is reasonable and affordable so I can actually afford to take my pets in when needed . The staff is knowledgeable and friendly .
