Property management in on point! I have never had to wait to have any issue resolved. Improvements that I have not even asked for are always in the works... but never interrupt my schedule. The building is very well kept, clean, safe, friendly, bright, quiet and full of character architecturally.
Sarge was my landlord for about two or three years and he was absolutely amazing! Any problem that needed fixing he was over to help immediately. He even helped me when I had a emergency with my car. There is no better landlord out there!!
I have lived in the city for 8 years in several places and this was by far Best experience I have ever had renting an apartment!
