I love living here! Sarg is the best land lord ever and him and his crew are quick and efficient in helping us with whatever we need. The driveway is always salted and plowed even in a snow storm! Thanks guys
Going on my my 3rd year with my current apartment through Eastside Reality and love it very helpful with winter season - good about snow removal - after this past snow storm I texted Sarge to see if someone could come help plow me out of the driveway because there was so much snowfall after the plow guy already came once but I had to get to work him and two other guys showed up within 15 minutes and plowed me right out of the driveway !!! So thankful!!!!!
This place is amazing! Lived here since December, they always plow, fix things when broken and they are extremely nice people. My apartment is so nice and I look forward to coming home every day.
RecommendedI just wanted to take a minute to express how thankful I am to have Sarge and his team there for me/my roommates 24/7. Snow storms, wind storms, lock outs, snow removal and salting during this past storm and winter ( which is so exhausting, thank you ) and helping us when ever we have any issues inside the apartment! I know they love their tenants and do their best to make us feel at home!!! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.

I couldn't be happier with Sarge's business. I have been a tenant for three years with Sarge and he is the absolute best. He is so prompt to respond to all contact and keeps us in the loop when things are going on with the house before, during and after. All situations are fixed immediately with him!
