no contract, questionable practices – Sent my paint pump to EPR for work through Kelly Moore. I got a phone call saying it would be $786 to repair the pump and it would not be worth it. Here is where it got weird - it would cost me $43 to have the pump returned to the store or they would charge me nothing and trash the pump.
