Clean, well maintained, friendly management, reasonable, email reminders for next month’s rent
Charged me for insurance when I had previously provided proof of insurance. Did received a credit after logging a complaint.
That’s the worst storage place. If you clean it out before the end of the month. You don’t get your money back. But if you are late. They will charge you a late fee.
I am giving this a 5-star review for several reasons. First, the caretaker was very accommodating and consistently provided updates about the facility. Although we unfortunately experienced a burglary in our rented storage unit, the caretaker’s prompt communication allowed us to report the incident to the management right away. The management, in turn, was quick to guide us on how to file an insurance claim, which we successfully received.
