this place is so slow. let me sit here for hours in pain.
This place is so slow it’s ridiculous!!!! The workers are lazy and rude! They don’t check on you, tell you what’s going on, or anything. I don’t understand why it takes so long here when this place is practically empty!! My daughter fell and we came here it took 2 hours to get and X-ray (the doctor never came in during those 2 hours and no one came to check on us). Then another 2 hours waiting for the X-ray to get back!!! I will NEVER come to this place again!!!
My ID and payment were taken after I was medicated and I never got it back?!
give better patient care to people with no insurance, You put them out on the streets to fast, and with no place to live, You need to be sued, grady to her in thank you.
I went to Eastside Inpatient Rehab after emergency spinal surgery. I was visiting my daughter here in GA when I suddenly had this situation - Cauda Equina syndrome. I cannot say enough wonderful things for the treatment I received there. The nurses, the patient care technicians, Dr. Wagner, my therapists, Tatum and Rozeena, even Audrey who brightened every day with her smile as she straightened my room!! All my needs were met quickly and with such warmth and compassion! I highly recommend this facility - thank you so much!!
Patient goes into surgery at 4:30; family told to remain in waiting room and doctor will come talk to family after surgery Surgery to last 30-60 minutes! At 8 pm family has heard nothing and can find no humans in the waiting room area. They finally go to his room....guess what! You got it! No one ever comes to waiting area! No one has explained the surgery yet!!
We received excellent care by very nice staff. I would highly recommend it if you need medical care.
